BEST Customer Service! *Updated review*
*UPDATE*I contacted Sarah about the issue I was having with the strap and she was so apologetic and even said she was embarrassed. I honestly think that my strap situation must have been pretty rare since I don't see any other reviews with the issue. She was so helpful and let me know of her bags guarantee and asked me for my address and if I wanted to replace my current bag with the same or another one of her bags. I love the look of this one the most and still plan to pump for 9 more months so I got the same. I received a brand new one yesterday (less than a week after first contact)! I am happy to say that I will continue to tell people about her bags. Her customer service alone is enough to make me want to purchase more of her products. I don't need anything else but most likely for gifts down the line for family that have babies :)Original Review:I wanted to love this bag so much. I felt as if it was a splurge as my pump did not come with a bag and I wanted something nice that I could use as a small weekend bag or diaper bag once I was done pumping. The first one I ordered had a defective zipper and Sarah was more than accommodating and sent a replacement immediately. The second one had a sticky zipper but I worked with it and eventually it worked fine.Today as I was pumping I looked over and notice one of the straps is breaking off of the bag :( I still plan on pumping for another 6 months if not more. I've had the bag for about 10 months. I literally only go from my house to my car and then my car to my desk and then from my desk to my car every day. I don't carry anything except my pump and my pump parts and then the 12-14 oz of pumped milk each day. I would give less stars but Sarah was so generous with the zipper issue (which she was totally aware of there being a bad batch of and was quick to remedy the situation). I'm hoping the strap stays on for a little longer at least but it looks like its hanging on a few threads. Otherwise, this bag has been great.

Great idea - falls short in construction
As a working mom, I really, really wanted to like this bag. I travel often for work - and it's slightly embarrassing and totally unwieldy to lug my pump and my briefcase into meetings. I thought things bag would solve that issue - and actually it does. Where the bag falls short, however, is in the quality of the construction: the zippers get stuck, threads stick out from the seams, and it has this awful plastic-y smell. I'm also not certain how durable it will be - I guess only time will tell. It's quality reminded me of a knockoff/faux bag. I planned on returning it - but am so desperate for a bag that can hold a pump, my laptop, and all my other work items, that I'll look past its shortcomings for the ease of carrying a single bag (but I still cure the dang zippers every time I go to pump!) The manufacturer did reach out to me to ask my opinion - and Sarah seems like a totally sweet, genuine person. I just wish she would put out a higher quality product.

Great idea...needs better execution & price point!
I so wanted to love this bag based on the reviews. But for the price point, I'm dissapointed. Here's why....I've been carrying a medela shoulder style bag with a PISA back and forth to work for the past 4 months. I exclusively pump - going on 7 months now. I'm a lover & owner of bags of all kinds and price points - Thirty-one, Vera Bradley, Coach, Kate Spade, Scout, LLBean totes, you name it - I have them all. If you are looking for something that is stylish and doesn't look like a pump bag then this definitely fits the bill. If you only carry pump stuff and supplies - this should work. However, for the price point I expected better construction and features. The shoulder strap is too flimsy to be comfortable or practical. I'm worried it won't hold up to being fully loaded by that strap, let alone allow it to be used crossbody comfortably (across my boobs no less - I pump remember?) The zippers are functional, but feel as if they may not stand up to daily use in my opinion. I have to carefully use both hands to unzip the side compartments and keep the fabric tucked back so it doesn't get caught. I have a PISA and I ordered a spectra S2 I plan to use it with. The PISA (unless you take the cover off) fits in one side of the bag - the larger side. If you take the cover off the pump is much louder, which is not what you want when trying to be discreet at work. So I cram my plug, tubing, etc all in that larger pocket which means I need to reach around the pump and get them when I pump. I would gladly store them inside the bag, if there were pockets. But there is only one zippered pocket inside and a small pocket on the outside that can hold an iphone or keys but not much else. Which means if you are like me and you are breastfeeding and/or pumping you are hungry constantly so you need somewhere for snacks or lunch in addition to extra pump parts you run out of pockets quickly. The medela travel cooler does not fit in the other side of the bag. You can easily store bottles in the other side, or pump parts. But my bottles and caps have a tendency to leak from time to time. Yes I can use ziploc bags, but I prefer to use the cooler (plus that hides the contents when I use the fridge at work.) All in all its a great concept - just needs better execution. I purchased this because I wanted to cut down on carrying bags to work - I carry a lunch bag, laptop bag, purse, & pump bag. Based on reviews I was hoping to be able to fit my laptop and/or lunch in here, but that is not happening. I can fit my ipad in here. If I had a Mac or slim laptop it would fit (I can fit my Mac Pro & Air at home with no issues.) But my huge Dell work laptop I have is almost 2" thick and over 13" long will not fit easily. So I'm back to carrying multiple bags again. Perhaps someone else has figured out a better way to include everything in the bag. This is a great concept and I'd gladly pay $200 or more for a great bag - I just think this one still needs some improving if I'm going to pay this much for it. I do plan to keep it, so if my opinion changes...I'll let you know.
