I’ve tried a lot of pimple patches with microdarts, and while these aren’t my absolute favorite, they still do a really good job. The microdot pore design pulls a lot of gunk out of my pimples, which is honestly satisfying and helps speed up healing. They’re super easy to use and don’t hurt at all when you take them off.I’ve worn them overnight, and they stay put well without peeling off, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for reliable, good-quality patches that actually work, these are worth trying.

Have a weird cyst from a zit 6 months ago on my face. Dermatologist said it was probably an infected hair follicle and they would need to cut it and drain. Nothing worked. Not sure what’s in them but glad I didn’t need to go under the knife.

I purchased these after hearing about a similar (different brand) item. I sometimes get deep, cyst like zits on my chin and jawline that never come to a head. I'm terrible at just leaving them alone to do their thing and die off on their own. They don't work the way I expected - I expected a patch that absorbed whatever gunk from the skin. These did not do that - there was like a slimy gross (protective?) layer where the patch had been. I used them all day on day one and overnight and then all day on day 2 - a total of 3 patches. I had a large zit on my chin that wasn't really red yet but was painful to touch. I wasn't really sure it was doing anything - the zit didn't reduce in size or in painfulness, but there was always a gooey bit where the patch had been. After wearing one overnight, it seemed like the zit was maybe coming to the surface - which I didn't think it would do at all! These zits never do - they sit far below where I can get them and I end up squeezing like a madman trying to bring them up and end up with nasty marks on my face that last literal months. I cleaned the area (and the gooey goop left behind by the patch) with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab and put on a new patch. By late afternoon, I could see what definitely looked like a head on it, so I removed the patch and cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol. There was absolutely a head on it and I was able to pop it (I probably should have just put another patch on and let it do it's thing, but I couldn't resist!) and I was impressed with the amount of gross crud that came out of it. Afterward, I cleaned the area again with rubbing alcohol and put a regular hydrocolloid patch on it. So far it seems to be doing very well. It seems to have worked. Obviously I'll never know if it would have come to a head without the patch, but from experience with past zits, I don't think so. At the very least, it kept me from constantly touching it (to feel for a head) and getting more germs on my face around the already bothered area. I'm buying more to keep on hand so that when this package is inevitably used up, I'll be all set.One note - the part of the patch that contains the microneedles is not covered, but it is in a plastic tray inside a sealed package. I did keep them out of the bathroom to avoid humidity from showers getting inside the package.

These are probably one of the best acne patches I’ve ever used. Usually the patches are just for surface level acne but these microneedles really penetrate deep and sometimes I’m able to get rid of acne before it fully forms. It’s too bad you only get a few in a pack but it’s all you really need.

These are incredibly overpriced ($12 for 9 patches) but I bought these anyway after having an amazing experience with the "Rael Invisible Spot Cover" patches that come in the pink box.Unfortunately, they simple didn't work for me. Not only did they not reduce the size of the zit I could feel was coming, I went through 3 just trying to get them to stick (and I always apply the Rael acne patches on a clean and dry face). I’m obsessed with these patches, why?I have hormonal acne that flares up every time I’m near to my monthly red flag, I normally get big and cystic acne that hurts, normally I use the Original Rael patches but I find this very effective healing acne scares and prevent it from scaring, down side is I have to pop it or wait till it has fuse or open side or else it won’t be useful so ending picking on it. Trust me it does work normally 3 days and clears it up completely.. on the other hand this microneedle patches is little different, I use this on open fuss and sure it clears it up in just a day max 2 days but the best part is on those painful cystic bumps that’s just starting to flare up but hurts i actually use this (hard press, to make sure those micro needle goes inside the skin) and guess what??! Wake up I’m the morning and I’m so amazed this actually helped Lower down the bump and kinda heals it, so far I use this consistently and it takes about 3 days to heal an acne spot..So recap - original Rael patches are perfect for healing open fuss acne or any cuts, even warts! Yes it actually work on warts just need to use about 4 patches (leave it overnight best results)While microneedle acne patch does the same but with extrA push of micro needles that actually penetrate on the skin deeper (hard press leave it overnight) perfect for cystic acne (also works on warts (I noticed it actually dries it out and peel it off which is amazing) so love this patches!FYI it doesn’t hurt, also you’ll be amazing when you remove the patch next morning you’ll see the needle like are gone! (Melts on your skin)
