Works great in the curly hair.

This stuff is awesome! My guy has mixed hair which is incredibly curly but has a different consistency of curls throughout his little head.We use this as well as the detangler, shea shampoo and organic baby conditioner.This product is quite thick, only a very small (less than a pea size) is needed for a tiny head.We only use this product before going somewhere to keep the curls defined (as his hair is soft so it fluffy as soon as it's touched).The reply we only use it before going out is the product is thick and heavy. It doesn't keep his hair soft once applied bc I it's consistently and makes his head itch if left on too long. The product isn't an irritant but when my little boy runs and plays his head sweats, sweat trapped under thick product makes his head itch.I hope this review helps others as I relied on salon advice and the reviews to find the right product for my guy as my hair is bone straight I had to do some serious research before finding the right product.

For the vast majority of my life I've had the frizziest hair ever. Brown bears waking up after a winter-long slumber have sleeker hair then me. I bought this stuff from Target several years ago, figuring I was wasting my money on another product that wouldn't work. Well I was wrong. It has tamed my frizz - even when I don't use it after a shower, my frizz is so much better then it used to be. I'm a grown woman but I love the scent of the children's so that's what I use. I have to buy it on Amazon now - not sure if it was discontinued in stores or if it's so popular I can never find it. Either way, highly recommend.

I used the smallest amount possible and it still weighed down his curls and made his hair greasy. Likely better for thicker,Curly hair, not fine

This stuff is amazing. I have been looking all around for something for my biracial child's hair that is super curly. This stuff works best if the hair is a little damp. I just put about a half dollar amount in my child's hair and his hair stays curly and bouncy with no frizz all day. It has helped keep the moisture in my child's hair. I no longer notice any dry spots in his hair. It has this wonderful coconut scent. It is also non greasy and is a smooth cream.

This product worked so well in my daughter's fine baby curls that I used it on mine and had terrific results as well. A tiny bit goes a very long way in my 3 year olds mop top. The hair is left feeling soft to touch, not sticky or crunchy. Both our curls look hydrated and defined and not frizzy or dirty. I would recommend and I will be buying again.
