Much better than other cleansers
When I first bought the standard Barkeeper's Friend, I was quite impressed. It removed stains from a copper cookie jar that apparently isn't really copper. The metal jar must be some sort of cheap alloy, as when polishing it, some parts get shiny faster than others. That might explain why copper cleaners weren't effective. Cleansers like Comet and Bon Ami worked a little, but didn't get my stuff to shine. I wasn't about to try anything harsh, like steel wool. THAT will scratch about anything, no matter how you use it.Note, the instructions say to thoroughly wash after using, as Barkeeper's Friend contains an acid not present in most cleansers. That must have something to do with why it works so well. This Barkeeper's Friend for Cookware is a somewhat stronger version of Barkeeper's Friend. I use it mostly to clean the stainless steel tub in my instant pot. Works like a charm every time! If it scratches the surface, I can't see anything. Leaves stainless steel looking shiny and new.

Amazing
This thing cleans stainless steel pot, sinks, pans extremely well. My daughter in law used it to clean my stainless steel top part of the stove and all writing disappeared off the stove🥴. The stove was very shine and clean however. I do not use anything other than this to clean my stainless steel pots.

AMAZING
This stuff is AMAZING! Absolutely the best thing invented for stainless steel pots and pans. It takes out the scrubbing. Just add a little bit of "sprinkles" is what I call it to your sponge and any and every thing wipes off it could be burnt scrambled eggs, noodles or crusted on their for a lifetime, I promise your pots and pans will look like new. The smell isn't that great, but I follow with some regular dish soap and problem solved. Cleans and smells AMAZING!

Works good, with details not to be overlooked!!!
Bought it to remove rust spots off my Cutco knives! Cutco, if you don’t know is a high end kitchen knife set, they have a 100 year warranty, yet they told me my hard water from the dishwasher is the culprit...... well ok, they recommended the product and it did in fact do what they said it would, I use it probably once a month and it cleans them up nicely, be careful of wooden or plastic handles on pot and pans or knives etc, it says it could stain or mar the finish, you must rinse immediately after it comes into contact with handles. But yes, I’d does get the metal portions of kitchen items very clean, they actually sparkle when finished washing!!

Totally helps keep bottom of cookware clean!
So good for scouring the bottom of your cookware. I put a little bit of Dawn dishboap on a stainless steel mesh scouring pad (that you can get at Target, Walmart, etc.) then sprinkle Barkeeper's Friend cookware cleanser on the bottom of the the pan or the scouring pad, then scrub. I have had very stubborn old stains come off my cookware. But it has to be the "cookware" cleaner, not the regular Barkeeper's Friend cleanser (although I also use the regular one for regular use on other things.) Nothing has worked as well on the bottom of my often-used cookware.

WOW. That's about all I can say. It really does work.
WOW. That's about all I can say. It really does work.Came across BKF's products for the first time several weeks ago while browsing Amazon. Never heard of it before then. After reading a lot, and I mean a lot of reviews all basically claiming the same thing, that BKF cleaners are some type of "miracle" cleaners; I figured, ok, why not give it a try. I'm so glad I did.As soon as it arrived, I headed straight for the kitchen and grabbed my favorite large pot that I use for deep frying everything. It was a beautiful pot, maybe 15 years ago when I bought it. But for the past 10 years or so, the whole bottom and 90% of the sides of the pot were covered with extra thick, deep deep burnt in grease scorch marks that resisted all previous attempts at removal in the past. Trust me, I tried everything, short of a sandblaster or a grenade. I gave up, it beat me. I decided to live with the best deep frying pot i ever owned, and accept the fact that it looked like someone dipped it in the black lagoon, right after the creature left, then set it on fire. But wait, there's more. At the sink, I wet the outside of the pot, sprinkled some BKF cookware on it, took a step back and a deep breath, mentally preparing myself for an "elbow grease" workout from hell-o. Stepped forward, with my scotch brite stainless steel scrubbing pad in hand, and slowly began to rub a small area of the pot in a circular motion, truly expecting nothing to happen. I barely used any energy. After about a minute, I noticed that something was wrong. I saw that the area that I was rubbing started to turn blue. I was concerned, thinking maybe it's some bad type of chemical reaction. So, I decided to rinse the pot off quickly. And, yes, in the area I scrubbed was a blue circle in the middle of the pot that was scorched black with grease. And then it hit me, all of the sudden, I remembered, that this pot used to be blue when I bought it 15 years ago. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I had to double check. Took my gloves off, and rubbed the spot with my finger. Yes, it was my pot of old. Hello pot! It's been awhile.Wow! I was so happy. I grabbed a spare can of BKF, grabbed that pot, and went and showed my neighbor what just happened. She said, "wow!" She told me she was trying to find something for her pots scorch marks. So I gave her that can of BKF.I kid you not, within an hour (working on and off sporadically), with little or no elbow grease, the pot was 100% scorch mark free and looking brand spanking new.It was a "Royal Diamond" pot. I had forgotten that because i couldn't read the bottom of the pot for the past 10 _ 15 years. But I can now.Stock up on BKF. You'll see.
