Heat
This heater has got us through the last expensive winter with no issues. It throws out a lot of heat and is quite cheap to run.

Arrived on time but unfortunately after 10 months the heater doesn't work and unfortunately the seller is not prepared to help me out with my problem.

With my example the box and the heater were both damaged. Amazon returns policy is you pay to return
Heater casing is flimsy (hence damaged in transit) and becomes extremely heavy to move on carpets etc but ok on hard flat surfaces when the gas bottle is installed. There are a number of you tube videos that cite an issue with the thermocouple that stops working and shuts off the gas. These videos also show the remedy.

Difficult to light.
When you get it to light it works ok, but has to be lit with a match as starter will not light it. After 5 months doesn’t work at all and wheels have broken.
