Guerlain Samsara Eau De Parfum Spray for Women, 2.5 Ounce

One of my favorite scents. Been wearing this for years and very hard to find in stores. Scent lasts for entire day. Bottle redesign is cute.

Scent doesn’t last long even being eau de toilette.

Very disappointed. Samsara was always my signature scent. When they changed the formulation years ago, it was still acceptable. This current product has a peculiar scent. It doesn't last, at all, and the bottle is cheap looking. Guerlain has really let their base down.

Avevo ricevuto in regalo questo profumo alla fine degli anni 90... Purtroppo hanno cambiato la bottiglietta, mi piaceva molto di più l'altra! Ma la fragranza è rimasta immutata! Ero indecisa a comprarlo leggendo qualche recensione ma invece no, la profumazione persiste per tutto l'arco della giornata e ancora di più sull'abbigliamento! Sono contenta di averlo acquistato! Ovviamente, il prezzo è alto ma bisogna usarlo con parsimonia!

Lo uso da 35 anni, so quindi riconoscere un'imitazione e questo NON lo è. Avendolo finito da qualche mese ho avuto occasione di informarmi del prezzo in varie profumerie e non ho trovato un prezzo migliore. Anche questo profumo vira aromaticamente da persona a persona ed anche negli anni, a seguito dei nostri cambiamenti ormonali, ma è una fragranza esotica e molto seducente che consiglio spassionatamente.

I have used Samsara for 30 plus years, it was originally in a distinctive red bottle however Guerlain have now put this perfume into a bottle which is similar to many other perfumes they do. I don't care what bottle it is in as long as it still smells as it always did and it does. It is an old school 1980s heavy musky perfume, i just love these types of perfume, they initially pack a punch and you think oh boy that's just too heavy but the perfume soon settles into a powdery, musky oriental and most importantly it lasts almost all day. Spray this before a night out and you won't need to top up in the ladies. Not one for the faint hearted and i love it.
