Pizza crust tastes better
This flour is awesome. It does take a bit more water since it is so finely ground. I use regularly.

BEST PIZZA EVER
Fabulous - I allowed the dough to rise for an hour & was able to make 3 pizzas from one batch. Put sauce , mozzarella & ricotta cheeses , pinch of Italian herbs - baked on pizza stone - crust (which is a favorite part for me) was tasty & crunchy on edges. I have NOT been able to eat any pizza since . Have ordered again - in bulk .

The absolute best
This is the best flour I can find. All my friends who have sensitivitys to flour/gluten have been able to eat our bread with NO issues including us... We thought we were gluten intolerant until we found clean imported flour free from whatever they spray on our crops in the US.

Wheat flour
Really a good wheat flour, use it for pizza dough. Worked really well. Might seem a little pricey, but gives a good quality dough to use.

This is my favorite Italian flour. I have no problem eating this week at all.
I buy this Italian flour on a regular basis. My allergist has me as alerted to wheat. I went over to Europe and Asia for an entire summer and could eat everything without getting sick. I found that they processed their flour much differently. So, I decided to start buying their flour and I make my own bread and pastries. I can eat them with absolutely no problem. Of all the Italian flour, this is my favorite one.

Great flour
Love this flour! I use it for making sourdough bread almost every week. While it's a little more expensive than American grown flour, I think the quality is higher and it has worked well in everything I've baked so far.

Love this. Makes great bread. Steep price though.

Makes soft, tender, fluffy baked goods!
I buy this instead of using wheat grown and processed in America. The wheat that is grown in Italy is so different, and in my opinion, better. I have made some delicious things with this flour that is not sprayed with glyphosate and is a healthier variety of wheat. This is my go to flour!
