No Cooling Fan and Some HD Plugs Don't Fit
THIS REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE BUNDLE W/ THE ALEXA PLUG BUT IT'S WHERE AZ SENT ME TO POST A REVIEW.Just got this and it arrived on time in case you're curious and it's packed quite securely.Likes: I like that it claims to provide surge protection and backup power for my computer and a couple external backup hard drives. The price seems fair to me.Dislikes: Not enough room between the receptacles to place plugs. Hard drives have bricks for plugs so either you have to put an adapter in there or not be able to protect two or more bricks. Even an extra 1/4" would cover it. Also, some manufactures provide these ridiculous flush plugs without adjustable angles. Anyway, I'm really surprised this unit is configured this way. Apparently that thought is lacking but what really surprises me is that this company has been around for quite some time.It seems there is no internal cooling fan. At idle, this does generate some heat and plastic smell. So that leads me to think it will get much warmer or even hot should the line power fail and thus load the unit.Software is not provided for Mac OS but this is not new news regarding. It seems this type of unit should have a cooling fan at the very least and mods to the receptacles for the aforementioned issue. I did email the company with my fan concern and I'm waiting for a reply. I'll update my review at some point.

Only works upside down
I am still trying to get a hold of support but mine does not detect the battery unless it is upside down. Likely a design flaw that they have a correction for.
