I've ordered this product 10 times since Sep 2019. Before I began buying it, I was instead buying a similar product of the brand MaryRuth's, which is more expensive. So I replaced the MaryRuth's with this Source of Life. Some time this past summer or autumn I suddenly noticed that the formulation of the latest lot had acquired a very sweet flavor. In fact, 3arlier lots could not be as being sweet at all. So I inspected its label and discovered that it no longer contains vit C ! Earlier lots of this product contained 500 mg vit C ( as ascorbic acid ) per 2 Tbs serving. I happen to posess some pure ascorbic acid powder, so I know for a fact that when as little as 250 mg is dissolved in a cup of naturally low hardness water that has subsequently been PUR filtered such an aqueous solution of vit C has an unequivocally sour flavor. FRUCTOSE has been included in its ingredients ever since I began purchasing it, but I surmise that not only has this products' sourness ( vit C ) been removed, it has also been much further adulterated with increased fructose content in order to make it overall sweet. So Source of Life has evidently traded away a bit of this product's nutrition in favor of its new, sweet taste. This was accomplished by replacing all of its vit C with greater fructose content. At first I thought this was a negative change in its formulation, but I later realized that for my lifestyle it's quite desirable. You see, I prefer to take my multi-vitamin-mineral supplement a few hours BEFOR exercise, but I recently learned that vit C blunts most of the benefits of physical exercise when it's supplemented before training. See PMID: 18175748 (2008). Better to take vit C hours later; just before bedtime. So I'm very pleased with this product, and like it more now than ever :-) However, it could be further improved, via complete replacement of its fructose with monk fruit extract powder to serve as a zero carbohydrate sweetener. Such a revision would be most appealing to those of us who practice ketogenic dieting and / or daily intermittent fasting, and / or exercise before mealtime. I would rerate this item to 5 stars if such an improvement were made.

Amazing vitamin! Works well for energy and great skin. Full vitamin with all you need daily.

The flavor is ok. I do feel better. I love the fact it is organic and pure. I like liquid. I feel my body absorbes the vitimans better.
