After having extensive vaginal reconstructive surgery, I was looking for more long-term cooling relief than the perineal cooling packs my hospital provided. Twenty minutes just wasn't enough to suit my needs. These cold packs are my new best friends! I hand washed the sleeves in dye-free and scent-free soap, then air dryed them. While I waited for them to dry, I placed the cold packs in the freezer. After a short wait, sweet sweet relief! They weren't too cold. They weren't hard and bumpy. They were absolute perfection. Since they are packed with gel beads, they form to your body's contours. Thankfully, I ordered two sets and just switch them out, as needed. I definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a similar surgery or for postpartum care. I would've loved these after I had my babies......just amazing!!! Don't hesitate to buy them.

I had a vestibulectomy and this has been an essential part of my recovery! I have to ice 24/7 so I bought several packs of these. They do take a bit to freeze so I’d recommending having several on hand to rotate between. They thaw in 30-60 minutes on average. They have done an amazing job relieving pain! They are very moldeable so it’s easy to adjust them for icing such a sensitive area. They are long enough that they were able to ice my full pelvic region when everything hurt immediately post-surgery. You can push the beads to one side of the pack so that it ices one area more than another too. They come with multiple sleeves which ensure comfort (way more comfortable than covering the ice packs in paper towels) and make sure that you don’t get frostbite. The sleeves washed up very well on a delicate cycle. Highly recommend!

I bought these because I thought that I would use them a lot more after giving birth. However I did not I did use them for a short period of time and with the times I did use them they did give me some relief and they were not, not uncomfortable. I ended up giving them away to a cousin of mine and the extra protectors that I did not use. She really liked them and said she got way way more use out of them so I guess it’s a preference. But they are good quality and I mean I can’t say that I wouldn’t buy them again if I absolutely needed them or felt like I would use them a lot more.

Bought these going into labor thinking I was going to have a traditional v birth however my labor didn't go as planned and I needed an emergency c-section. I had these in the freezer and they were amazing for my c-section as well. The soft coverings didn't irritate my skin and I found this to be very comforting to take the edge off the pain and help me heal. They also molded perfectly to the area under your belly and I was able to place them right in my underwear and go about my day. These were fantastic and I'm so happy I had them!

I purchased these after going through all my hospital ice packs after giving birth to my daughter. They. Are. Amazing! I bought two (total of 4 ice packs) and they are perfect for a constant rotation of relief. I have not used them warm yet, but absolutely love them in the freezer. The pack itself is durable, flexible, and comfortable. The sleeves are extremely soft! High recommend!!

Love the details in the packaging. Not overwhelmingly bulky. Stayed cold never used hot. The freezer safe bag broke within a few days but it was a added bonus. Love that the packs had covers included.

The covers are very soft and the gel packs themselves are very soft and flexible. If they are too frozen, you can let them thaw just a bit and they are perfect. Fits right in the underwear and hits all the right spots. Ha. Perfect for postpartum, period pains, or after a downstairs related surgery. I’ve used for all of the above.

I ordered these after having a vaginal delivery. It helped so much! Downside is that all of mine broke and leaked all over the place. I don’t know what the red dye is made from but it was all over my who-ha. Shame.

I love these - I purchased assuming I would use for postnatal perineal care, but had a C-section. A few days into being a new mom, my breasts got super engorged and I used them for that instead. The beads are so much nicer than a gel or something hard like a freezer pack or ice - very comfortable. It’s great that they come with a bag to keep freezer smells out and a washable sleeve to put over it so you’re not using a random towel that’s too thick or thin as a protective barrier. I have since used on an ankle injury and I feel like every household needs these! As our baby grows up, the comfortable beads will be perfect for any injuries for a child. I have not used for heating yet.

I read a lot of complaints here about it not lasting long but I thought it would give it a try. I don’t think a lot of these ice products last long in general and so far I like this product. The cooling effect is perfect for what I need and fits comfortably especially for post pregnancy healing. For the price you pay, you can’t go wrong here. They also give you 5 sleeves to put the ice pack in.

Purchased this product and $20 arent a waste. Easy to use.good quality. Great for postpartum. sleeves are soft. Can be freezed easily. Only thing I observed is cooling effect lasts for 10 min thats it how much ever you freeze it.

This is a great product! I purchased for after baby was born to help with swelling, but ended up not having much need for it. Used it maybe twice, but it stays cold for a long time, love how it conforms to wrap around, like an elbow or knee injury. Haven’t tried it hot yet, but I think it will be our go to for injuries now instead of bags of peas. Lol.
