This is so delicious and I am so pleased with the ingredients. I switched for a while to Equip which is good, but the stevia in that was concerning because of the potential hormonal effects. Switched back to iconic today and now I remember why I loved it so!!! It is literally the most delicious protein powder. No artificial aftertaste and it blends so easily. Is it very fine powder? Sure, but just roll the top down and clip it with a binder clip. Everyone is so dramatic about the consistency but would be the ones to complain if it didn’t blend. It is a little expensive but I don’t mind for the quality, monkfruit costs more than stevia. I have bought the premixed bottles and the vanilla and coffee are great. It doesn’t upset my stomach.

I don't review products often, but when I find something promising and new, sometimes I'm inspired. I had surgery on my stomach 4 years ago, and protein shakes have become part of my daily life. I can't have a lot of sugar due to the surgery, so many of the powders and premades are out of the running for me. I discovered Iconic in the premade form on Thrive, and i loved it. No grit, no stevia after taste. So when I saw they recently released a powder version, i jumped on it. I'm 8/10 glad i did. Taste is awesome, protein content is good - made better when i use dairygolds new milk that is processed differently and adds an extra 14 grams or so of protein per 8 oz serving, iconic choolate truffle isn't gritty at all. My only real complaints are that it's a pain to mix. The email i got suggested mixing it with a spoon and putting the powder in your cup first. I tried this. And got a lumpy chocolate shake. eww. I tried mixing it with the powder on top as well, again lumpy shake. So i put it in my shaker bottle, and that works great for blending it up, no lumps, however then it's quite frothy/foamy, and that froth/foam don't go away. I have issues with textures in food/drink, so i am struggling to get past this part. The premade version of the chocolate truffle isn't frothy, and so i had hoped that's what id get in the powder. If that aspect were ever to change, i'd give this a 10/10!

Iconic protein powder makes a great addition for anyone trying to add protein to their recipes. Much like other reviews state, I found the super fine powder challenging at first. However, once I started using it in different recipes, working with it became much easier. The flavor is above average for protein powders. I found the low calories make it easier to incorporate into your diet. It is a little more expensive than other brands, but I appreciate the quality of ingredients worth the additional expense.

Holy monkey. Look, I don't sit around writing reviews for protein powders but the taste and texture of the vanilla powder blew me away - incomparable to others I've tried. I literally exclaimed with glee at the first sip (as a certified curmudgeon, this is something I never do). I see a lot of people complaining about it being messy. Is it messy? Well, yes, but it's velvety smooth texture far outweighs an easy-to-clean mess. Open it over the sink and you're good! The packaging doesn't seem to seal quite well but a resealable gallon bag fixes that. It tastes like dessert but is healthy (usually an anti-climatic description but in this case it's true)! I'm sold and can't wait to try other flavors. Edit: OK, I should've mentioned I've been mixing it with lactose-free milk. I ran out of milk and used water...BIG MISTAKE. The taste is drastically different with a detectable aftertaste.

In spite of the reviews talking about it being a total mess, I purchased it anyway because alot of reviews said it tasted great. NOT! It has an odd medicinal taste. It also does not mix like some reviews say either. I gently opened the package being forewarned by the reviews and used a teaspoon instead of trying to dig for the scoop, but still with that, powder everywhere. I only tried 3 teaspoons in water to try it first and it was awful tasting. I usually can handle stuff with a not so great taste but medicinal is concerning being nobody lists what the "natural flavors" are anymore. I dont understand why the company hasn't rectified the issue of the mess bag after all of the reviews but they haven't and it does go all over the place. I definitely would not recommend this and unfortunately its going in the trash.

Very disappointed in this protein powder. It’s too fine and makes a mess if you’re wearing sleeves when you reach into the container to get the scoop. Very difficult to fill the scoop because the powder is so fine. It’s annoying. The flavor is okay but nothing great. Going back to my Levels grass-Fed no sugar Whey protein powder which has great flavor and mixes well for a fair price.

One of the better tasting chocolate protein powders IMO.
