Hoorah for no cravings or tummy rumbles
I've been using the chocolate version of this product for 3 months, blended with their chocolate complete protein (25grams of each). I have it for breakfast and often lunch. I'm delighted to share that I experience zero cravings or tummy rumbles, and I gain plenty of energy for exercise. I enjoy the flavour and I'm not bothered by the occasional random white bits in the bottom of my cup that others have written about. Customer care is excellent.
