Works well to relieve back pain

I decided to try this as I have trouble with my knees and they hurt more at night time. This has a knock on effect of me sleeping awkwardly and making my back ache. This pillow has done a great job of allowing me to keep my knees in a more natural position by keeping my legs together and stopping my back ache as well, just wish it was slightly bigger.

For years, I placed a small cushion between my knees for comfort when I was going to sleep. I saw this product and thought it would be worth a try as my old cushion was getting quite flat. When I first used it, the difference was incredible. Because it is made of memory foam, it offers a degree of support that my old cushion never had. It is also shaped just right to fit between my thighs. I bought this for comfort rather than to help a bad back so I can't comment on its therapeutic value. I can only say this is an extremely comfortable support. I haven't tried the strap which I presume is designed to hold it in the correct position but that might be a good feature for some. Overall, it is a better quality product than I was expecting and I am very happy with it.

Helps with my sleep quality as it supports my hip by holding my knees apart, easy to wash , fairly simple to use as it just attached too one leg , could have been a tad bigger for me but that’s probably individual to me

I absolutely love this product. I wish I knew it existed sooner!I've slept with a small pillow between my legs since I was around 11 years old. I can't pin point why exactly but ever since this habit formed I've struggled to sleep without a pillow between my thighs. The discomfort of my knees touching makes for a terrible night's sleep and as a result will leave me with a dull ache in my back. I've been through countless pillows over the years not realising there was an official product for this.Well this is a game changer. It's so comfortable, fits perfectly and does not move even without the stap in use. I've slept so well since I've got it. I've not once woke up looking for my pillow as this is exactly where it should be, between my thighs!I haven't washed it yet it's still early days but the quality feels great so I hope it lasts and proves a worth while investment!

Bought this for my sonwhosyffers with knee problems. He has found this extremely helpful allowing him a pain free sleep. He didn’t use the strap at first but now his sleep is so improved and relaxed he finds he moves about more freely. The stap really helps keep the support in place . Would recommend . This is my second purchase of this product
