ArtwayPattern Master / Maker with Comma Curve and Protective Cover, Black

Bought one of these from amazon before and it was faulty but this one is legit, very sturdy and strong

Good curve and measures - great for checking darts width and seam allowances

Quite thick. Not at all flimsy,clear print and metric and the case is really good quality and sticks down to keep it closed. Very easy to travel with and it is not tiny. Full sized professional ruler

The rulers are excellent tools for pattern drafting, sturdy and easy to pick up. The bag in which they came is useless, first of all I could not get the rulers out of it but thankfully a friend with very strong hands was successful and secondly I shall not be using the bag for storage as I cannot get the rulers back into it. Crazy, an extra cm would have made all the difference. Other reviews that I read before purchase mentioned the bag problem but I did not expect it to be quite so dire.

Bought this almost 4 years ago now and it's still going strong it's accompanied me from level 3 to my 2nd year in university... and deffo will last through my 3rd year of uni and longer im sure... measurements are still visible everything

It’s reasonable quality gif the price. I use it every day and it came in a rigid storage case toPrevent cracking it.

I bought this Patternmaster recently as I'm doing more and more dressmaking, and the tools I had for adapting the patterns I use were limited.I'm really pleased with it. It's large, very clear and easy to read, and it has all sorts of curves, straights, and measurements which make pattern drawing so easy.It does have a small negative though, which is why I've not given it five stars. It's quite thick, and I find that stops me getting the most accurate drawings and measurements. It's the best I've got for smooth curves, but I would prefer something longer so I could draw with fewer interruptions to my lines.If you have this as your only pattern-drawing tool you should be ok: but I have bought some very thin, flexible drawing tools now, and use them interchangeably with this one, and so have the best of both worlds. I wouldn't be without any of them, and suggest that a range of tools is better than just one, which is meant to do everything.

L'article est arrivé défectueux.il est rayé a plusieurs endroit, mais surtout les chiffres et millimètres sont quasi illisibles.Tres embêtant pour une règle !Le noir des chiffres et lettres à l'air d'avoir été rajouté apres, cela laisse des traces sur le papier.Je pense que apres quelques utilisation ils vont complètement disparaitre du coup.J'avais déjà vu des avis qui disaient la même chose, j'ai voulu essayé ... mais je confirme... article de mauvaise qualité.

Absolut stabil und kommt mit einer Hülle dazu. Kein dünnes Plastik dass sich wellt. Würde ich wieder kaufen. :-)

Das Lineal ist sehr gut und für den Preis unschlagbar. Hatte sehr lange gesucht.

This is a brilliant all in one tool that I wouldn't be without. She's a very tight fit in the case and much care is needed to put it in with the biggest width nearer the opening. I worry about the longevity of the black markings as they are printed on the one side and not encased in plastic leaving it open to being scratched off. I'm being gentle and always putting it back in the case (and hoping for the best)
