I love this Argaricon mushroom powder! Makes me feel great, in mind, body and spirit! Better, in most ways, than any other type of medicinal mushroom, that I have ever tried.

Love the addition of mushrooms because they truly are healing. This particular product clumps terribly in my coffee so will not repurchase. Lost 2 stars for that. I drink my coffee black so I don’t appreciate getting a lump of mushrooms as I drink it.

Strong flavor, dark color, no fillers. I must say it gives me a peaceful state of mind. I add it to coffee, tea or hot water. Recently through it in my preworkout and it gives me the extra edge.

At first, I tried it mixed with grape juice and although the taste was OK mixing the powder proved to be difficult because it’s so fine. Then I tried it mixed in with yogourt and that worked out to be better. Taste wise, it has a distinguished taste that is hard to describe. Ever taste pure unsweetened cocoa powder? It’s not the same but there’s a resemblance. I’m no coffee drinker but I can see why some people mix it in coffee. The whole idea of agarikon is that it’s supposed to be good for your health. Agarikon is a fungus that grows in ancient forests and has been consumed by humans for a long time. It’s been believed to have certain virtues by our ancestors and recent studies show that they can help to fight off several viruses and have been associated with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. I’m not going to say I have no more arthritis or some other miracle cure since taking agarikon, because I don’t have an illness to begin with. But I will say that I’ve been taking it for a week and I feel good. Is it the agarikon or the spring weather, I don’t know but like all healthy life choices the benefits are usually long term and you need to be regular for them to work. This a 100% mushroom powder, no fillers and it’s certified organic. At 100 g, this not a big bag but if you follow the recommended serving size, it should last 2 months on daily dosage.

I am learning about the many amazing benefits of certain mushrooms compounds, and I enjoy adding this quality blend by Longevity Botanicals to my morning smoothie. I feel that it does definitely boost my immune system because my entire family has gotten a cold this spring, and I have not! I credit this product, and a few other ingredients that I add to my smoothies each day. I appreciate this blend is organic, and is very concentrated so even though expensive, a little goes a long ways. When I add a bit to my smoothie, I don’t even taste a hint of it with all the other ingredients - so I can’t claim that it tastes wonderful on its own; but it is also not overpowering in any way. I have researched this company and they seem very conscientious, and proud of their products - this makes me feel secure in purchasing health products from them, and I look forward to trying more of their blends in the future.

I have been really enjoying this, I use this for the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties - I prefer to use this mixed in with my morning cup of java because it doesn't affect the flavor very much if at all but I also add this and enjoyed it in my salads with poppyseed dressing. The maintenance dosage: 1 scoop. Therapeutic dosage: 2 scoops - during a flare-up I bump this up to 2 scoops as recommended.

I felt ok after ingesting the product, however, there is a new web site and no information can be found on who is behind this product - there are numerous pages not working on the web site also. In addition, no one was answering my questions on where are the mushrooms sourced from and is every batch tested for purity and mold/toxins/pesticides. Years ago the actual owner answered my questions and I had confidence in the product - I don’t know if its the same owner now as the web site is completely different and appears now to have both American and Canadian divisions. Just need some honest, clear answers before I can purchase this product again and feel safe ingesting it.
