Leakmaster makes a great product. I have a 36 inch waist and ...
After suffering a severe bacterial urinary tract infection I became, what I thought was going to be temporary, incontinent. After doing research on adult diapering, I went with disposable diapers for "out of the house" and cloth diapers for day and night "in house". As far as cloth diapers, I bought flat ant prefold diapers. Flats for daytime and prefold for nighttime. Leakmaster makes a great product. I have a 36 inch waist and I'm using size large "night weight " diaper along with "Gary milky white vynol diaper pants". Great combo and work well together. I can sleep with NO LEAKS! Highly recommend both products together.

wow, what a diaper.
This diaper holds the urine well. It also, is cushioned in the proper areas of the diaper. The diaper fits well, it also, absorbs well, it washes out well. I recommend that if you want a quality diaper this is the one for you. However, they are a bit pricey.

Gauze is okay but not great at absorbing
Gauze is okay but not great at absorbing, I would recommend their birdseye cotton over the gauze but that may be a matter of personal preference. The size seems a little smaller than the birdseye that I got from them. Its very comfortable for a cloth diaper.

Night Weight During the Day!
I've found cloth diapers to be more comfortable and cost-effective than disposables. My skin doesn't tolerate paper diapers well, and I hate when they fall apart! When I went to replace my Gary pull-on diapers, I found that the price had nearly doubled. I bought these medium size prefolds to try during the day. With OAB, I decided to go with the two-layer "overnight" version. They've wound up being much more comfortable than my pull-on diapers, and just as easy to conceal. Wearing pin-on diapers isn't as convenient as pull-on when using the restroom, but they're much easier to change. These "overnight" diapers are more comfortable when I wet my pants and can't change right away, and in hot weather because they absorb and distribute moisture better than thinner diapers. I've NEVER experienced a leak. The only disadvantage that I've found is that they take longer to dry when laundered. I now wear these diapers 24/7, and they take the hassle out of incontinence!

So soft plenty of space to properly fold nice snug fit . They will bulk up more after several washes .
They are sooooo soft and fit above my belly button above my damaged spinal cord . Diapers should fit up high stops leaks at the top and lets you fold the top down into the diaper . I. Use 2 pins to give secure fit especially laying in bed .

Sleep relief has finally been found!
No leaks at night, can get a full nights sleep without worries. Mediums were too small after they shrank. 37" waist means the larges.
