Tastes like vitamins lol but with mango flavor. I would say it very tolerable though and very easy to swallow as it’s a liquid. I have MTHFR gene mutation and this methylated version has worked great for me. It has a great variety of vitamins in it, I’d say it’s a good deal for the price and quality. I’ve tried so many and this is by far my favorite now.
