I use this on every batch that needs to be cleared out. Does great to bring down the yeast and force flocculation. Keep in mind if your beer doesn’t clear it is likely other proteins not the yeast in suspension and you will need things like biofine to clear the beer out. So be prepared to do two step clarifying agents.

I really want my beers to be as clear as possible. I use this to clear my kegged beers when the style calls for a clear beer. It never lets me down providing that final clearing that I’m looking for.

used it to clear hard seltzer. I haven't made hard seltzer with out it so I can't compare, but mine was as clear as water when done.
