Don't call tech support
Had to go back and purchase other items to get the product to work. Tech support only gives you verbatim the instruction from the install book nothing more

Don't buy works 2 months now worthless
The shock sensor never worked tried changing sensitivity still does not work had to disable from trun signals because it keep going off and killed the battery and makes you looks stupid with your car flashing all the time. Now 3 months the pke doesn't open and the fob stops working out of the blue it has not left me stranded yet but makes me vary nervous. I would love it if worked right. Now 2 month after buying this pke system it has completely stopped working and is now worthless
