Pongo Premium PLA Filament (1.75mm - 1m, Liquorice Black)

Thought I'd try tis filament out as it claims to be premium & found it to be ok.OK as in nothing special though, I've used the same settings as other brands as well as changed a few about & it produces prints no better than filaments half the price of this.I've tried two different colours & both the same so will be sticking to my usual brand as i don't think i can justify £8.99 for only 50m of standard filament.

Struggled to get this to stick to the bed for a long whhile, May be user error. Hatchbox filament seems easier to use

Been using Pongo PLA for 6 months, had various colours that all printed very well at 195c. Colours themselves are as vibrant as the pictures show (Had red, green, pink, yellow and white). The 50m rolls also are very handy for tuning and smaller objects. No roll to date has had any coil problems.

Nice filament .Liquorice Black has very low print temp. Prints best at 185 ℃

Pongo! Great quality filament.Delivered a day early will definitely be ordering more. I have found that this filament is of better quality than my usual supplier. I have just ordered some of their PLA glue which I am looking forward to trying out and I will post a review of this product once arrives.

I'm a professional 3D printer and I can safely say this is an excellent product! This filament is easy to use; colour and finish are the best I've seen! I highly recommend this to anyone. Will be back for more -- thanks.

I originally decided to buy this because I wanted quite a bit of filament in this colour but did not want to buy a huge full 1KG reel, so the 50metre reel seemed perfect.Once I found the right temperature (205C on my Lulzbot Taz 5) the print quality and layering was brilliant, and is as good, if not better than some of the other brands of filament I have tried. It has a good amount of flex too so is not brittle or likely to snap as it is fed into the printer. I bought Bubblegum Pink and the colour is just perfect and is represented well in the image on Amazon.Based on the quality alone I would buy from Pongo again, but even more so because I can buy smaller amounts than 1kg.
