This flour is good. It smells slightly weird but I believe it's because its sprouted flour.

Not as fresh as other brands
Needed substitute for Bob's Red Mill amaranth flour which no one seems to be carrying anymore. However, this brand seemed to have stronger fragrance, heavier texture that overwhelmed my recipe.
