I began to read this book to my 9 year old before bed time and there has been countless times when God has used the stories to strengthen and galvanize my own faith. I love how the the author illustrates God’s wisdom in creation and weaves it in to the Bible. My son always asks for it before going to sleep. Fully recommend 👍❤️

We have loved this devotional! Each lesson includes really great info about the world around us and how that relates to God. As an adult I’ve learned so much too. And the lessons about God are simply, but meaningful. Highly recommend this book for all parents/grands

Fun extension to our Science curriculum. It has paired well with the workbook and we enjoy the puzzles, explanation that go along with it.

This is a wonderful book not only for daily devotional reading with your children, but answers so many questions of how things "came to be". It even sparked my interest... Have you read about the Rainbow Mountains? Did you know that they are all over the world? Look it up on the Internet and you will be mesmerized!

We love this devotional. It is enjoyable for my 3 kids ages 5-8 and mom and dad. We always learn something new about science and are encouraged to see God in a new and deeper way. It was gifted to my kids last year and not I always have some on hand to gift to others.

From Earth to space, animals, and our bodies, this is an awesome introduction into the world that God has created. Each devotional begins with a bible verse and discusses a scientific topic associated with it, then connects it to God. They also share a “Be Amazed” fact and close in prayer.We love this book. This was my children’s first devotional and we used it at the beginning of each homeschooling day. I got one for each of them and they would swap days choosing a devotional and marking it off in the Table of Contents since they didn’t go in order, which isn't necessary. My children took turns reading and were fascinated by what they read, excitedly sharing new things they had learned with me.The material overall could be read by my children, they were 7 and 10 when we did most of this, with only the occasional mispronunciation. The devotional doesn’t get too deep into the scientific subjects, but you can always find other books to delve deeper when your child’s curiosity is piqued, and they start asking questions. Though the material wasn’t too difficult to read and some facts my children already knew, from watching Wild Kratts or reading other science books, the biblical aspect was deeper and sometimes they didn’t fully understand it which provided opportunities for discussion when they had questions.We enjoyed this book so much we have already bought the next book, How Great is Our God: 100 Indescribable Devotions About God and Science and got a copy as well for our niece and nephews this past Christmas. One nephew even sat still long enough for me to read a devotional and asked me to read another one to him.I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a great starter devotional for their children and this will forever be in my library.
