Polycraft Silicone Putty RTV Mould Making Rubber, Fast Curing, Reusable Mould, Clay and Figurine Moulds, 500g

I wanted to mould a perfume bottle. I mixed probably 2/3 from each tub, I weighed it correctly. I watched the videos beforehand and mixed quickly. The silicone was curing as I was mixing the products together. By the time I moulded it around the bottle it was already going hard. Well before the stated times. I have been in conversation with the sellers to highlight the issues that I had and I said that I have wasted £30. I’ve now just been told that I was mixing too much a quantity of the product about 400g. NO WHERE does it state that! I read all of the literature and it doesn’t state that I should only use small amounts to make a mould. The tubs are tiny as it is, 500g kit.So disappointed and no one has even offered a refund or replacement! Rubbish customer service and literature on product.
