Indescribably delicious
I make a salad dressing with this, some herbed sea salt, and San Lucas Extra Virgin Avocado Oil. My salad gets rave reviews at potlucks, specifically for the dressing. I also sometimes splash a little of this vinaigrette into mixed steamed fresh veggies with plenty of butter. This turns it into a gourmet dish. Especially good when cauliflower is in the mix. This is truly something special.
