As expected. The pills are larger than capsules.

My oncologist/dermatologist at Dana Farber recommended this brand as it has a great reputation for quality. She recommended it as their studies show that it helps to prevent/delay squamous skin cancers for those who are prone to them (fair white skin with much sun exposure as a child and teen). It really seems to have helped for me. Only issue is that the capsules are rather large and I take extra water with them.

Quality brand and supplement

I use this product for reducing inflammation in my body and have been pleased with the results. It is easy to swallow, did not cause any allergic reactions. High quality ingredients. No cons.

Had some side effects - dizzy - sluggish - brain fog - stopped taking after a few days. Guess my body doesn't need it.
