I bought this product because of the claims that NMN helps fight fatigue while improving clarity of thought ... and I am so glad I did. I can unequivocally say that the horrible fatigue I've recently been experiencing was alleviated with the very first dosage swallowed. I was not expecting it to take effect so soon. Further, it's not like a caffeinated type of solution. By that I mean, if you drink a cup of coffee, you are indeed "woken up" in relation to how much caffeine you consumed. In other words, you may find yourself staring at the ceiling waiting for sleep that does not come. But I did take my first few dosages of NMN at night and there was never that problem. I fell asleep at my normal bed time and found NMN didn't interfere. As for the restoration of memory, NMN does work, but not overnight. It took about a week for me to really start feeling the effects. I'm thrilled and can't wait to see where this goes in terms of complete restoration. I wholeheartedly recommend this product. I am a 76 year-old senior who is in reasonably good condition, but NMN has improved the quality of my life. While I was hoping it would work, I am shocked that it did what it claimed and that I get to enjoy the benefits of this excellent product.
