I have had one "professional " peel, and this is just like it. Very strong, works, can cause some peeling (duh) . I use this about once a month. I feel it's just as good as the professional was. Do not over use it.

I have sensitive skin and to top it off, I used this peel to lighten my inner thighs a little. It did not burn and I did not use a neutralizer, I cleansed the area with 91% isophryl alcohol before putting the peel on with a que-tip, and it was my first time ever using a chemical peel. When it goes on, it feels like a light watery oil. I left it on for the full 10 minutes, wiped it off with tissue and used the serum that it comes with (the serum comes with a pump by the way). I had no irritation and it felt like I had given my skin a nice facial. Next day I experienced a tiny bit of itching which is normal as the skin is starting to tighten and exfoliate away. By the 2nd day, I noticed my inner thighs lightened tremendously! I am very happy I ordered this. I was afraid to try other chemical peels like TCA, Glycolic, and Salicylic acid because A TON Aof people complained about burning and scarring. This peel did neither. However, I saw a few views that said it stung their face a tiny bit, but it could be that they have tiny scratches on their face that cannot be seen by the naked eye, or they are more sensitive on their face than on their other body parts like legs. Skin is different on different areas of the body so the peel is going to feel tingly on one spot and not feel much on another. Give it a shot! Just make sure to do a tiny test patch like I did to make sure no allergic reactions happen.

Dear customer who has never done an acid peeling at the dermatologist nor at home: this is a product very strong and to be used Only by following the instructions provided by the seller, it has a clinical-dermatologist grade level. Very strong. Do a test area first. Do not leave it for more than 30 seconds and have a neutralizing solution ( water with bicarbonate). Avoid nose and eyes area. Dilute if too strong. I had a very large pore or comedone and soft wrinkles as well as sun spots. My skin has improved a lot and it looks more even. Do not forget to use a moisturizer and a sunscreen to protect your skin. This product has saved me a lot of $$$ and visits to my dermatologist.

Do not use the complimentary peel brush that comes with this and you should be okay. Works better on body for smoothing, face be careful.

Great peel, it took a few days for my skin to react & peel but I guess my skin is just used to harsh chemicals since I've been dealing with acne a long time I've used many strong things on my face. I know lactic is one of the more gentle peels so I may just move up to something stronger sooner than later but I definitely saw changes after 2 uses. Subtle yet noticeable, others may not notice right away because it's not their skin but you will since you see it everyday.

This was very easy to apply. I left it on for only a minute as it’s my first time and immediately used the baking soda neutralizer after. It looks like it’s already starting to work a little.
