Flat Soft Memory Foam Pillow for Neck Support, Ortopedic Pillow for Sleeping, Side Back Sleeper Soft Support Cervical (70 x 38 x 12 cm)

I'll start by saying I'm a massive memory foam fan and have been for a number of years. I suffer from chronic lower back, pelvis, hip, and leg pain that was brought on by pregnancy and never went away. I've had a wide variety of pillows, shredded memory foam, one piece memory foam, natural sheep's wool, a 12ft body pillow. This pillow is delightful, it's super soft and spongy, and it rebounds back to its original shape quickly. You would think something this soft would offer no support, but it does. Provided you have the pillow positioned correctly, with the edge of the pillow touching the top of your shoulder, it allows your head to sink into the pillow, therefore cradling your neck and keeping your spine in alignment. I'm always complaining about how hot our bedroom is, this pillow has been cool to the touch and has not caused overheating which is a relief. Would I recommend this pillow, yes I would. There is a smell when it's first unpacked but if it's left to expand and air in a well ventilated room this quickly dissipates. I think this is a small price to pay for a comfortable sleep. As for the size, the 70cm × 38cm × 12cm is the perfect size for my bed, I have an EU Kingsize I think I may need to get one for my husband too. I have attached a couple of pictures, one with a standard pillow and as you can see there's not much difference in size.

I'm happy to pay extra for decent sleep but fortunately the price point for this is perfect. Soooo comfy. I initially thought a bit too hard but once you just lie there for a minute or so your head just sinks in and I can sleep on my back, side or front no probs. I very rarely write any reviews but this really is a great product. Enjoy your decent night's sleep!

I took a gamble on this pillow. In fact, I took a gamble on having a memory foam pillow at all. Previously I've had feather pillows and microfibre pillows, but over time they have all failed to provide the support I need. I'd heard someone waxing lyrical about memory foam pillows, and after waking with neck pain morning after morning, I decided to give one a go. I chose this one because it wasn't too expensive, and someone said it was soft. It wasn't as soft as I would have liked, but after a few nights I quickly got used to it. This is fantastic for side sleepers as it's just the right amount of support and I haven't woken with neck pain since I've been using it. It looks like the gamble has paid off.

Having suffered with neck and shoulder pain since forever, when I came back to stay at my mum's house for Christmas, my neck was suffering due to the very unsupportive "support" pillows in my old bedroom. As I'm staying here longer than initially planned, after two weeks I could take it no more. Each morning I was waking up with a stiff and incredibly painful neck and shoulders (which then caused a migraine) so I decided to search for some good pillows. Came across this one - the price seemed reasonable and the reviews were good so I bought one. Left it for 72 hours to plump up and for the slight smell to dissipate as per the instructions, and I used it for the first time last night. HEAVEN! A good night's sleep for the first time since I've been here, and I woke up with virtually no neck pain after just one night! The pillow is comfortable and supportive and I love it so much I've bought another one. Highly recommended.

Honestly, this pillow is a really nice change from most memory foam ones, it has jsut the right level of firmness and keeps you cool on a night due to it being somewhat mesh.It bounces back pretty easily, and while they are pretty flat, you could simply stack a softer one on top if you need extra height.

I used this pillow for 5 days and its totally not my supporting pillow. i returned it.This NOFFA pillow promised flat, soft comfort for my aching neck. What it delivered was a deflating, sinking disaster that left me feeling more like a beached whale than a well-rested sleeper.Sure, it's soft. You could probably cuddle it and write a tearful novel about unfulfilled promises. But for actual sleep? Forget it. You'll spend the night chasing your head around the pillow, trying to find a spot that doesn't feel like a bottomless pit.Save your money and your neck. This NOFFA pillow is a flat-out fail. Look elsewhere for your "perfect flat" dreams.

i have Spinal stenosis i lie on my back in bed and can say without a doubt the best pillow for back sleepers ,as a male i don't think would be good for side sleepers unless use thin under pillow the pillow is real memory foam bounces back into position soon as i start to make the bed when i get up , when i put my head on it when going to sleep my head sits nice on pillow and my two shoulders are on the mattress which is the perfect alinement , for a good night sleep ,hope this helps ,ok might think bit dear but well worth the money also like to have have 2 other so called memory foam and the gave me sore neck n lower back this pillow is great ,no chemical smell ,read some comments that there head has no support with this pillow lol must have bowling ball for head weight lol .Great pillow especially if neck and back problems
