Attractive little weatherhouse. Not large, it's 7-1/2 " wide and 5 " high. Colorful in detail.Arrived in good condition. I did have to set it once after I got it but has been working well since.Gentleman is out right now (indicates humidity). Sunny and hot right now but showers are predicted for this evening and tomorrow.Previously the girl was out a lot because we had a long dry spell.Price was good.Quite satisfied.

This is a good weather house. It arrived quickly, and was very well packaged to prevent damage. The one thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the size. The house is very small, which might have been a detail in the description I very well could have missed.After removing it from the box, and giving it some time to acclimate, the weather house started working as it should.

As someone who is proud of his German heritage, this is a great addition to my house. I have a Cuckoo clock, Hummels, steins, and now this. This is great it is very nicely made, has nice alpine theme decorations.When you first get it, you have to briefly calibrate it, and once you do, the girl will come out for nice weather, and the boy will come out of the house for inclement weather. A fun addition to your German themed decorations!

Had one of these when I was a child so i thought I would get one but it doesn't work correctly. Always saying it is going to rain when it isnt. It is pretty and I have it hanging on my wall.

I bought this weatherhouse for a friend because she liked the one that I already had. We love weather and seeing how barometers work. We compare notes between all of our barometers.This one works real well. It is very accurate. When the barometric pressure drops, the man comes out, indicating rain, and when the pressure climbs, the woman comes out. It also seems to be affected by the full moon, which makes the tides higher, and sometimes will give an inaccurate reading but that is to be expected. It does what it is supposed to do, and that is show the rise and fall of barometric pressure. It's a great gift and conversation piece. My friend loves this one that I purchased for her!The only thing is, the thermometer doesn't work, but that's ok. None of the thermometers work on any of the ones I've seen, I think they are just there for decoration!

After setting the device for the first time as per the instructions, it still fails to give the correct person the go ahead to pop out of the little cove. There are times when it's raining cats and dogs and the woman is out and times when it's dry, bright and sunny and the man is out. There are other times when the proper person is actually correct. The weatherhouse is terribly inaccurate and simply a joke. Very disappointing to say the least.

Received the Weather House in good shape, but was very disappointed in the actual product versus the product shown on the site. The 'flowers' in the pics are little balls of bright color, where in reality, they are just little ground up splinters of dull colored wood. The shutters are dull as well. All in all, I cannot recommend this product. Overall, it is just not nearly as 'cheery' as the one shown in the pic. I have many weather houses in my collection, and this one, well, won't be joining them.

It took a few days but once it acclimated itself to where it is located it worked. Very cute and kids love it!
