Rani Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds Ground Powder

I like to use this when I make pancakes. I add some of this to the mix with a little sweetener and and hardly need to use any syrup. Did you know that fenugreek can help lower blood sugar levels? It can be added to any dessert to enhance flavor. Love this stuff!

I cook sparingly, but this brand of Fenugreek gives me the added flavoring needed. I also have tried it in my drinks.

I don't understand why some people are saying this product is bitter. I actually find it smells great and tastes really good. One person said it made her sick when she put it in her yogurt, she said she put 2 tsp full. Well, you're only supposed to take 1/4 tsp. I put a small amount in my yogurt and I was fine. I love it and will buy it again.

I like the powder better than the regular ones

First time trying this spice after noticing it in a lot of foods I like. Adds good flavor and read about many health benefits associated with it.
