Only place I can get these
Because of an old thumb injury I have to use a thumbpick.I had metal ones, but didn't like the brittle sound.Plastic ones don't fit.I was so happy to find these XL thumbpicks. These last forever and the only reason I have to buy new ones is because I lose them.

Good size for small thumbs
Wonderful! I have small hands, a size 5 ring finger and most thumbpicks are too large. These sit solidly for me and have a good clean sound. I'm learning the autoharp, so I'm not well versed in what else to look for, however finding the right fit was my first step.

If You Have Normal Hands, These Are Not For You!
This would have been a great product if they weren't so massive. I know they are Extra Large but I wasn't expecting something so big. The Medium was too small and I thought XL would be a good fit, so I guess I'm getting the Large...

They do the job
Pretty standard thumb picks. I bought them to try and learn how to play with this type of pick.

Good Dunlop Thumb Picks
I was delighted to find Dunlop thumb picks in small. I had been having trouble with the pick not fitting snuggly on my thumb and they always felt loose. These small ones are the same Dunlop quality.

Maybe I just have small hands, 4 stars
4 stars for what I expected, got a small because my hands are small but they're still a bit loose, so maybe my thumb is just oddly extra small π overall they're good.

Perfect with a bit of customizing
Finally! A thumb pick that actually stays on my fingers. Depending on your style and comfort, you will have to file the pick down to your liking. Since I originally played with bare skin, I filed the tip down quite a bit. I recommend soaking it in hot but not boiling water for about half a minute or until the plastic has softened a bit, then put it on your finger to adjust the shape for a custom fit. Then, take your finger and pick and soak them in cold water for the mold to harden. Don't worry if you mess up. The process can be repeated and the order comes with several to spare.

Great picks!
Used L for years. Had to do the cup of hot water thing to make them fit. Finally bought XL. Perfect! Played banjo with plectrum for years with occasional use of picks. During Lockdown I decided to make regular use of picks and eventually decided to buy the XL size. Good move, BUT be aware that the blade is 1/4 inch longer on the XL size. Don't change to this size and rush out to play a gig! Tootle about for a few days and give yerself a chance to get used to the longer blade.

Don't be picky!
Been using the white L pick for a few months, ok but can feel a little tight at times.XL arrived today(alot quicker than delivery date quoted) Very comfy although the XL blade is slightly longer than the L but not as drastic in length difference compared to the brown L coloured pick shown in other reviews.Pretty sure I will adapt to the slightly longer blade with a little practise.Could always file it down i 'spose.Wouldn't worry about snapping strings either using the pick if you take things slow and easy to begin with.

Very small
The XL version of these would struggle to fit most men, it was only slightly to big for my petite wife.I think they need to reclass the sizes.

Long Overdue Dunlop
There are days when the large thumb picks can be very uncomfortable even painful. These Extra Large thumb picks won't turn your thumb blue. Long overdue Dunlop.
