EXCELLENT! MY ISSUE WITH EYE MAKE UP REMOVER IS IT WOULD NOT TAKE OFF WATER PROOF MASCARA AND LEFT RESIDUE BECAUSE I DO A COUPLE LAYERS OF MASCARA. I WAS USING MAYBELLINE BRAND PINK BOTTLE BUT IT'S BEEN OUT OF STOCK FOR MONTHS, PLUS PRICE INCREASE TO ALMOST $13! PHYSICIANS' WORKED VERY WELL. IT'S LIKE A LOTION, DID NOT RUN ALL OVER THE PLACE PLUS IT WAS EASY TO CONTROL AND DID NOT GIVE A CHEMICAL FEELING IN MY EYES AS RIMMEL WATER PROOF MASCARA RE,MOVER DOES ANOTHER PRODUCT I TRIED.. I have tried many eye makeup removers and this is by far my favorite. I have super sensitive eyes and this does not irritate. It works very well at removing mascara, eye shadow and eyeliner. After applying to my eyelid I remove it with a slightly damp cotton square and then rinse with a wet cloth. The bottle lasts several weeks. I’m purchasing my 3rd bottle.

This did not work. I do wear waterproof eye liner and mascara. I had to go back to the micellar water and the Elemis makeup removing gel cleanser. 😕

I absolutely loved the original blue Physicians Formula eye make up remover that I got for years and years, that was discontinued a couple years ago. The original blue came out very easily from the bottle. This replacement to the original blue is much thicker and I can’t squeeze it out of the bottle. I have to take the top off and use a Q-tip. Have thought about whether I could put some sterile water in and thin it out a little bit, but don’t know if that could cause mold or not. Seller, you need to thin this out a little bit so that we can use it! You need to do some quality control. Other than that, I love this remover because it doesn’t sting at all. It’s very very gentle. But, I do miss the original blue formula :(

I love this eye makeup remover. I have used Neutrogena for years, but it is not sold in stores anymore. I’ve tried two liquid eye makeup removers, and one was greasy, and the other better, but not great, plus it tended to feel like I had it in my eyes. This creamy eye makeup remover is exactly what I wanted. Although a very small bottle, it takes only a pea sized amount, so I will definitely order again. I have no after effects in my eyes - very satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

The lid was loose and product leaked all over the little plastic bag that it was delivered in. There were no seals on the inside or outside of the lid. If it didn't say that it came directly from Physicians Formula, I would be worried about tampering. Still not happy that I lost some of the product from the loose lid leak but the product seems to work well and smells nice.

The best eye makeup remover ever! I have this on a subscription so I never run out! I love the lotion texture… I feel like it removes the make up so well and doesn’t get in your eyes! No irritation at all. I’ve been using this for years. I used to buy the Avon eye make up remover that was similar, but this is much better and cheaper price point. Give it a try! I know you won’t be disappointed. It may become your new favorite too!

I LOVED the previous Physician's Formula Eye Make-up Remover. It worked well, didn't sting the eyes, and was definitely a good value. This new formula is extremely difficult to get out of the bottle. If you do not have great hand strength, do not buy this product. I am not sure I will even be able to get the majority of the product out of the bottle, since it has a narrow opening, and once it goes down in level a bit, I am not certain I'll be able to get any of it out. It does not work as well as the previous formula. If there were toxic ingredients in the previous formula, and if they changed it to be healthier for people, then that would be good to know. But as far as how well the product works in getting make-up off, it takes multiple applications now, if you can get it out of the bottle, and is much too high a price for the value you are getting. If this was $3, I wouldn't mind so much. For over $7, it is definitely not worth it! Please bring back the previous formula, or make it a healthier, more easily accessed/used product!

Ich habe das Produkt im Spar Abo geholt für 2, 97 Euro maximal Rabatt. Kostet jetzt mit maximal Spar Abo 4, 24 Euro! Für den Inhalt 59 ml ist das überteuert. Werde ich zu diesem Preis auch nicht mehr kaufen. Dafür bekommt man eine Mini Flasche, die auch noch eine optische Täuschung ist. Wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, ist die nicht voll gefüllt. Soll wohl einen Eindruck erwecken, dass da mehr drin ist. Der Inhalt da drin ist Mini 59 ml. Die Formulierung ist eher fest kleisterartig. Entweder kommt nichts raus oder man bekommt einen großen kleisterartigen Stoß heraus. Ich habe ein sehr empfindlichen Augen Bereich und kann sagen, dass das sensitiv Verhalten ca 4 von 10 ist. Ich habe trotzdem eine Augenreizung davon bekommen. Zwar nicht besonders schlimm, allerdings dürfte das bei einem so sensitiv angepriesenen Produkt nicht sein.

Feeling grateful to have found this! Really needed something gentle to take off eye makeup that was NOT a deep oil cleanser. I learnt the hard way that oil cleaners, and some other cleansers can cause dry eye / clog tear ducts. Needed something hydrating and gentle! Dry eye problem stopped almost overnight after switching to this! Zero scent. 😊
