I am prone to vitamin D deficiency, this has helped to get my levels back in normal range. I like the compact size of the capsule which makes ease of swallowing great. Odorless...Tasteless is a bonus. Just the right dosage for me. Price is reasonable for the amount you are getting. I recommend.

Small size is easy to swallow

It was a tiny bit cheaper than buying from Whole Foods. The gel capsules are quite small which make swallowing easier. Cleaner ingredients compared to other options. No surprises. On my second bottle. Good for winter when I get less sunlight
