Irish Setter, Mesabi, Men’s, 8", Waterproof, Steel Safety Toe, Logger Boot

These boots fit a little tight as per other reviews. I did order up a half size above and yes they are tight but, I had no break in period and they did loosen up to where they are a snug comfortable fit I wear my boots a little tight anyway. And for the first time in years the steel toe has plenty of room unlike other boots that I have had in the past. If you do not like a snug fit order a full size over. These are the first boots in the last 5 years that actually are sturdy and don't hurt my feet, I am in these boots almost 7 days a week working and doing farm work on the weekends. I also wear them on wildland fire fighting on a volunteer department. So far I love them and would recommend them. I will be doing a review on these later on after I see how long they last me before I wear them out. I am rough on the boots. So far it looks like I will be purchasing these exact boots in the future.

I wear a size 10 in shoes and boots. Sometimes though depending on the boot I'll get a half size smaller-not the case for these Irish Settlers. I ordered a 10M and they fit perfect. A little snuggled because they are new and thats ok. They are a sharp looking boot and good sole. They are waterproof as well. The only issue I have them is not a lot of cushion inside the sole. Great boot and worth the money.....

For $99.95 these boots are a steal right now. Not sure how much longer they will be 46% off but man you’re making a mistake for not buying these. Sole feels extremely solid and durable to the touch, pretty comfortable overall. Not as comfortable as my Georgia boot loggers however. But these you can tell are made good, will last long and are durable. The only issue I guess I can say is that they run small. Everyone else was saying this in the reviews so I got a size up and it was a good thing I did. Because the 13s I got fit perfect (I’m usually a 12 otherwise). Get one size up.

Originally I had ordered a size 12 like all my other footwear. However, when I tried it on, it fit very snug. I was not used to that. If it were a dress shoe, the fit would have been perfect. But, for a work book, my toes would have been hitting the front of the boot every time I knelt. So I had to return them an intended to order a 12.5. Unfortunately, they did not stock a 12.5 so I had to order a 13 ( a bit reluctantly ). I received the boots and I have to say, I'm very happy with the fit and feel. 13 might be a quarter size too big for how I like to wear my work boots.

Order one size bigger maybe 1 1/2 size bigger had to send mine back I normally wear a 9 1/2 I ordered a 10 wide and it was way to small

First off, let me tell you how hard it is to find such a quality product like RedWing for under $100. I read the reviews and saw that many found the fit to be a bit smaller than expected. I usually wear a size 11, but the 10.5 M was listed at $90 when the 11's were priced at $118. Unfortunately, I was working with that $100 budget and with Amazon's ease of returns, decided to bite the bullet and see. I first noticed when slipping my fit into the boot that the length was perfect. I was expecting my toe to touch but it did not. That said it was very snug and I feel that most of the reviews stating smaller than expected was due to this. The leather is tight and not very forgiving at first - at first. And here lies the advantage of a tight fitting boot made of quality leather... After just days of wearing them, the leather has formed a PERFECT fit around my feet. I have never felt more confident in support and protection and I can not think of a more comfortable wear. WOW. Honestly it feel as if I put my feet in the air and a cordwainer crafted the specimen around my feet. Try for yourself. If you are disappointed - send them back! I bet most will agree though.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this boot. The break in time is minimal. NO pain, which we all experience with boots like this. The space for toes under the steel toe is a little tight. I pull the insole out and trim away space for the ball of the foot and it fits perfectly. I usually buy the American made Carolina 1922 which I have sworn to be the best boot I've ever worn (still may be, because of longevity) ,but they're 200 bucks plus (worth it). This one is quite good at it's price point. Buy at a half size larger than you normally do. Again... NO PAIN with break in.

These boots are very nice fitting and feel rugged. I have very large 14 feet but not wide. They have worn in very quickly after wearing them for almost a week. I also notice with the heel it helps with your posture so that’s a plus. The overall quality of the boots is nice compared to many others. I’m a plumber by trade so have walk a fair distance some days. At the end of day when taking them off my feet aren’t sore and tired.

Being from the UK, these understandably took a few weeks to come, especially due to the pandemic. But wow, ive been wearing Dr Martens and biker boots pretty much my whole life but nothing compares to the sheer comfort I get from these even in the first few days! They're durable, waterproof and comfortable even on long walks. I'm a size 10, so ordering a UK 10 was perfect for me. Highly recommend to anyone who wants boots that look good for any outfit, or in a job which involes sturdy, durable boots. So happy! :)
