Works well
I bought this blank key as a replacement for my car. The guy at the place where I had the key cut said I'd have to get the key programmed at the dealership. I didn't need it to fit in the ignition to drive. I wanted it do I can unless the door. I had previously locked my keys in the car. This works well for my needs.

Great investment.- At first.
This key was incredibly easy to use, decided to skip the $200 dealer charge and called a private lock smith out to my house. $75 and five minutes later all my keys were re-keyed. I'm glad I got this as I was down to one set of keys after a few moves. Great investmentOriginally I loved this product but after 6-7 months the truck was not starting. Then it would start after a few minutes then a half hour and then an hour. I ended up taking the truck to the Nissan Dealer. They ran a diagnostic and couldn’t find anything wrong other than key code errors. Got brand new Nissan keys, no problems since. Skip this product.

Key has to be programmed by dealership
The key is fine. Just would've liked to know that it would have to be programmed. I got it cut,but does not start the car until programming is done.

Fantastic product
Works like a charm. First I took it to Autozone, which only confused them, so I took it to a locksmith (which the directions say to do) so, had I followed directions...Anyway, I digress. The guy programmed the keys for me, it took about 30 minutes. They are Nissan Transponder keys, and he said they are tough, because Nissan has crazy good security. The keys normally cost about $80.00 each. And you stillHave to have them programmed. So thats $230.00.I got two keys from these guys for around $20. Then paid $70 for programming both. So, I got both for $90. Two keys for cheaper than one.Order here - it's better.K
