I have purchased two of these units; one in September of 2019, and another in April of 2020. I bought the second when the first suddenly stopped producing a sufficient amount of steam.On both unit, they were used about once a month. We use a Swiffer Wet for day-t0-day cleanup, but we like to use the steamer to give our floors a very thorough cleaning to disinfect and remove any residue left with the Swiffer solution.When these things work, they REALLY work, and of the half a dozen steamers I've tried over the years, they are the best short of the old Hoover Twin Tank WH20200, which is sadly no longer made.However, on both units, even though each was used less than 20 times, they just stop producing a usable amount of steam after a while. It will work fine, I'll put it away, and then a month later I pull it out and it only produces about 1/4 to 1/3 as much steam as it is supposed to.To be clear, I have ALWAYS used filtered water from our refrigerator in these unit, and I have NEVER used anything other than pure water in them.I simply cannot recommend this product due to its high failure rate. Unfortunately, it does anything but live up to its name.

Love this brand. I’m so sad I can’t get an original mop! This new design is not so great..missing the front handle the old design use to have. I love the steam cleaning this machine produces. I don’t like the cleaning pad it comes with because I washed and dried it and it SHRUNK! Now it attaches to the bottom via Velcro stick but it is too small and scratch my hardwood floors ! So I have old mop heads that I place over the new ones and I have made it work. I want an old design and I plan on searching and buy one! I don’t like the new pads or design of this machine but it cleans and I’m happy I have made adjustments for it to work better for me!

I used to clean vinyl tile in the kitchen. I could tell the tiles were cleaner than regular mopping.

Very east to use and does a fine cleaning job.

Love this steam mop! Uses tap water. Cleans my wood and tile floors. Very happy with this purchase. 🙂

I have no probl with this steam mop. It cleans my floor great give it a after shine. I love it and the carpet just add some Capet cleaner to the carpet or sprinkle some and steam over it . I also use alittle powerclean spray my carpet is clean and fresh . I give this a yhbs up👍

Unfortunately, this mop is very heavy to operate and definitely not for someone with arthritis and back problem. 2. The mop is good for steaming but not washing the floor, especially washing the vinyl floors. You really have to push and press to get the dirt out. 3. the cord interfere when operating the mop (installed by manufacturer without thinking) As I said, the steaming is good but it's faster and easier to wash the floor with hand held mop. I bought it to save time in washing the floors but I am so disappointed. It's too much hassle to return it now in the pandemic times. I will keep it but will never buy this type of electric mops again- unless they are made light weight. I do not recommend it to those with back problems or arthritis.

Loved this steam mop but don't buy it unless you plan to buy another one just after the warranty wears out and it no longer gives steam! It's not as Reliable as they might like you to think. The other reviews with lower rating scores will confirm this is a problem. So it cost me over $200 a year to keep my hardwood and tile floors clean from October 14, 2021 when I ordered it to Oct 31, 2022 when it decided to no longer make steam. Totally unacceptable! Too bad too because it did a good job for the time it worked.

This does a great job on tile - easy to use and quick and cleans really well. I was not as impressed with using on wood as it left my wood floors "streaky" but would really recommend for any type of tile and would go with a later model which has more features
