I have been on these for 7 years and I take every morning when I run out I can tell difference in my body . I am never sick I work 2 jobs 15 hour days. They give me energy . I am 49 years old. The reason I started taking them I always had low iron. That went away once I started taking them.

Though I try to eat well and take vitamins, I must've needed extra iron. I think I can already feel a difference. The lady who helps me out with housecleaning is 75 years old and has more energy than my sister or I do. I asked what she took, and she said the Geritol tablets. The only tablet form I saw was the vitamins, so I got those. I gave a bottle to my sister and got an extra one for the housecleaner as well. She told me she'd rather work than sit. Wow - at 75 years old!

I've been taking Geritol for many years but recently, I've had difficulty finding them in stores. I ordered this item because it matched what I used to purchase; but it came out to be the same as the other similar items. The cost per tablet for this item is more expensive than the others.
