Best Protein shake I've used so far.
I've tried many protein shakes. I give them a few months each and since I do the same hiking distance and exercise daily, I have a good idea which shakes work. I like the Vanilla best, yet this protein is low on sugar. That's one of its best features. I don't add anything to it either, just water. The truth is I don't use it for the flavor anyways, I use it for the results. I am using this to keep my weight down and add lean muscle. I drink one double scoop for the 50 grams of protein after my hike and workout, a light lunch, then a light dinner.

Beautiful Hair and Nails!
I started drinking milk with one scoop every morning in 2017. My hair and nails have never been healthier in my life!! I noticed the difference after using this product for about 4 months. The panel of amino acids was just what I was looking for! I tried a collagen based protein drink, that was twice the cost, and I started losing hair and getting brittle nails again. I switched back to this product after 3 weeks. Within one and a half weeks, my hair and nails started to get stronger again. I'm so glad my husband suggested this product for me. First time buying protein powder? Read this...
It's a great way to get in your protein intake if you have a pretty busy lifestyle and can't find the time to eat real food, if this your first time eating protein powders remember that the general rule of thumb is to eat a gram of protein per pound of body mass (because your body only takes the amount of protein it needs,if you take too much it'll become fat), also try to combine this with real food, otherwise this thing won't last you two weeks, and obviously combine it with some resistance training at the gym or you'll get fat (protein powders are not fatburners) you're basically eating two pieces of stake in powder form...so go hit the gym!

By substituting Muscle Milk for regular meals I have lost 50lbs in 10 weeks! And it tastes great to me, like liquid icecream.
I have lost almost 50lbs in the 10 weeks or so, by drinking this for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and eating a proper meal at dinner time, and fruit later in the evening.I almost live on the vanilla flavor! To me, it tastes absolutely wonderful. If you are having a problem with the "powderiness" after mixing, do as I do: mix a batch a day ahead of time.I do 8 scoops to 25% water and 75% 2% milk mix in a kitchen mixer, pour it into an empty/used 2.54lb Muscle Milk container and refrigerate. Then the next day I pour that into 8oz bottles and refrigerate those for ongoing consumption.

The Scoop serving size does not come close enough to what's advertised. Scoop grams is off by about 15 grams.

Good taste, good value
My wife and I began using Muscle Milk as a recovery shake after workouts for some weeks now, and decided to try first the Knockout Chocolate and now this Intense Vanilla. This so far has been a good decision- it tastes great, especially when we mix various fruits and berries into our shakes, and seems to help us shake the after-workout fatigue better than anything we've tried. The nutritional balance is good for us, and this travels well when put into insulated shake cups. I do recommend this as an option if you're looking for a healthy after-workout recharge.

One of the BEST Protein Powders Out there!
Great flavor, excellent nutrition too. Jug is basically a '1-gallon' largemouth jug, and the scoop is somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 cup (2-scoops for label nutrition values). I use more water to mix with than they call for, not too granulated if you let it sit a minute in the blender after 3-4 surges. Goes GREAT with a cup of vanilla pudding mixed in (helps the granularity a lot) or a tablespoon of powdered milk. Good, sustained energy from it too. HIGHLY recommend as one of THE BEST Protein Powder's out there!
