I was looking for Vitamin D without seed oils and was happy to find this brand.

Like that it uses coconut oil as the base. The capsules are small, easy to swallow. Reputable company.

I’ve been using this product for years, very satisfied. I received a new bottle recently and the softgel capsules are a third of the original size. The container does not mention anything about a change in the product. I have concerns about this product being legitimate. I would love some feedback.

This product is very strong and you really shouldn't take it everyday unless you are being closely monitored with frequent blood tests. The combination of the 5000IU (max daily upper limit is 4000IU) and the coconut oil significantly increasing absorbtion makes this supplement incredibly strong. There are special fats in coconut oil that escort vitamin D across the gut lining into the blood very well, making it much better absorbed than other cheaper D3 supplements. I took it everyday for 90 days and it pushed my blood levels of vitamin D to problematic levels. So yeah just take it once every 3 days to avoid getting too much vitamin D, because getting too much vitamin D is definitely possible and is a quite unpleasant experience. The supplement itself is of high quality, it's just extremely potent! If you took one capsule every 3 days then this bottle would last you a whole year which is a fantastic deal.

Taking 2 of these softgels every night for 4 months finally got my Vitamin D levels up to the right level. I used prescription vitamin D and other over-the-counter brands for 2 years prior and none made any difference in my levels on regular blood tests. This is the only brand and type of vitamin D worth buying for me.

I love this product… quality is good… tiny, easy to take and packs a lot into it. Good value too!
