This stuffer is a work horse, no maximum run time, and it will produce pound after pound of sausage. One recommendation is, I do turn the speed down when I am stuffing small casings like 19-22 sheep casings.

Well I know there is no such thing as 201 stainless so amazon is wrong about that and 90 watts sounds high but I cant tell you for sure because Im not next to my stuffer at the moment.But I would go with what the hakka site says .I love mine ,It has worked great and we make a lot of sausage
