Is this strong enough to remove human hair?

Yes it does remove human hair. It is the easiest and quickest way to retrieve all hair from your vacuum cleaner roller. Recommend!!

What material is this made from? It looks like metal but one reviewer mentioned it was plastic?

The original RollaReleasa® was 3d printed however this has been replaced by the Pikk-it® which has been redesigned and is manufactured from Zinc Alloy. Due to this new material, each Pikk-it comes with a 5yr breakage guarantee.

Why did I have to pay extra postage to Royal Mail in order to get this delivered?

We believe this is due to Royal Mail increasing their charges just after Christmas and this led to some orders being processed at the old rates which meant there was insufficient 1st class postage. Please message us and we'll pay the difference plus a little extra to accommodate for the inconvenience. Hope this is ok and please accept our apologies.

How is this battery powered (in description) and battery included?????

The RollaRealeasa is NOT battery powered so not sure why this info is included in the description?? It is however the best gadget I have come across for removing hair from your vacuum cleaner. Quick, easy to use and does the job brilliantly. 100% recommend!!
