Perfect condition. No scratches or dents. Battery at 93%. Don’t have to worry when buying a renewed premium iPhone, it’s worth it.

I highly recommend this product the Apple iPhone 15 pro unlocked renewed premium. Came without scratches and looks brand new. I wanted to buy a brand new but could not find anyone that had it in stock. My only complaint is with the Pro Camera. I am a professional photographer and find the settings more difficult to learn then the Samsung phone cameras (I've owned 3 other Samsung's). The camera isn't that user friendly and doesn't follow formats of any of my brand digital cameras that I also own and have owned in the past. It doesn't have easy to find pro settings like the Samsung S20 etc with shutter speeds.BUT now I have peace and mind owning an iPhone. No more hacks. Iphone's have built in safe guards that Samsung does not plus a much longer period of updates than iPhone. You get what you pay for as the saying goes.Plus one of the biggest is customer service. I have learned over the years that with Samsung you only get overseas customer service when calling BUT iPhone you get Americans etc. 100% better in my book. I'll only buy Apple from now on in this hacking scamming world we live in. So sad. And no I'm not a bot or AI.

This is the first time I’ve bought a “renewed” item. I have to say I have been very pleased with it. I did go with a premium rating, so it looks just like a new iPhone. It was unlocked so it was easy to set up with my provider (Consumer Cellular) and I was able to get one that has a lot of storage.The one thing I didn’t like, is it didn’t come with a cube to plug in the new cord that has a C connection. I should have been aware of this since my prior iPhone also didn’t, but I had prior plugs that fit the old connection. This seems to be a common complaint with iPhone. I do think that when they come out with a new connection, they should, at least, with the 1st generation, provide a plug.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished iPhone 15 pro but after watching several Youtube videos I decided to go with the renewed premium instead of the renewed. The phone overall is in good condition, I would not categorize it as excellent. The screen has a scratch and the sides of the phone have chips in it. I was under the impression that it would be like new but this phone is not. The phone does have over 90% battery life as advertised and everything functions properly. I will give an update about the device after being used for a month.

So far so good! I’ve had the phone for a few weeks and it came with 100% battery health and no scratches. This was a premium phone so I was expecting what I received!!! Will update later on if anything happens but it’s been a good few weeks!

The physical and operational condition was every bit as perfect as a new phone. The battery health on mine was 96%. If someone handed you one of these and let you play with it you literally couldn't tell that it was brand new.This is my first ever iPhone so I'm having an adventure learning the OS (18.3.2) but there's tons of videos and guides on the web. Except copying files from a Windows PC or an Android phone or tablet. I'm still trying to figure that one out.If you read anywhere on the web, or if anyone tells you, that these specific (Renewed Premium) iPhones qualify for Applecare... they don't.

This was an Amazon (Renewed Premium) refurbished item.The screen was in great shape, the screen, body and rear were free of defects -- except near the USB-C port. The scratching was _very_ minimal.The cleaning of the unit wasn't very detailed. There were "deposits" around the buttons on the side and the camera. The back glass of the unit had a sticker that had been removed, but the surface of the glass clearly showed where it had been.Battery had a cycle count of 326 and was at 93%.Regarding AppleCare, I have read that some others obtained units that qualified -- this one did not. Not sure how that would be possible-maybe a service that could be offered, but then we can purchase from the refurbished store if we want to pay and the item was available.All of the above meets the written criteria of the Amazon Policy -- however I would have expected a better cleaning job. I have frequently purchased apple devices refurbished, generally of better quality and we were a bit disappointed in the lack of cleaning. I would have been happy to pay a reasonable cleaning fee if it had been available.So this gets a positive, but mixed review. Things could have been improved -- the pictures show this. The unit works fine and the value of new vs refurbished vs renewed vs used is definitely there. This was a $1699 unit new and we paid ~$859.
