This is the first time I've experienced one of these machines, this product seems well made, and certainly did the job it was intended to do, I shall hopefully be making sausages for many years to come.

Worth Every Penny
Having been terribly disappointed with the £73 KitchenAid Grinder attachment I decided to try a dedicated stand alone Mincer, and after reading the Daily Mails outstanding review (it scored 9/10),purchased the Buffalo. It looks good, has a solid quality feel about it, comes with 3 mincer plates, coarse, medium and fine, two of which live with the kubbe attachment in a lidded compartment on top of machine, there are also 3 sizes of sausage stuffers to choose from. Assembly was a doddle, all the reassuringly sturdy components fitting solidly into place. Plug in and away we go, just load meat preferably cubed, onto the very large hopper plate, press the on switch, push meat down chute with plastic pusher, then hey presto with seemingly little effort we have mince. To stop the machine, you will never guess, yes your right, press the off switch, a third switch throws the machine into reverse should something get stuck, however I have not had to use this yet. To stuff your sausage skins, just attach required size tube, load on skins and away to go, takes a bit of practice, but well worth it. Disassembly and washing of parts very easy, plug and cable store conveniently in rear of unit. All in all an superb bit of kit, makes short work of everything you throw at it, not professional but very close to it, Worth Every Penny.

Solid accessories but built isn't great for over £100
The media could not be loaded. I haven't used this yet however, upon opening I've noticed that the build of the machine is a bit on the cheap side.. my nan (who I bought this for) is worried if she might be a lil heavy handed for the cable compartment as per the video it was a bit rigid to open.Inside the accessory compartment, as you can see per the uploads, it looks like somethings either chipped off or that's the final finish, in which case isn't great either.I think overall its ok but it's gonna have to work absolutely swiftly at this point if I'm gonna give it a good rating. As for now, it's nice but I don't think its worth £100 primarily due to its finish. I will edit this review once I've had a chance to put this to use. What I'd also like to know from the seller is if this product comes with any warranty.
