Fantastic support! Would buy again and anything else from this seller.
This plane is perfect for beginners, especially grade school kids. It looks cool and is very easy to fly. Yes, it is not the most sophisticated plane. But my kindergartener took only about 20 minutes to get the controls, and the 2 channels are perfect for him to start with. He did crash it a LOT, but it is built to handle it.The only issue is that the propellers and landing gears can occasionally come off when crashed. I'd say of the 100+ times my kids have crashed it, 8-9 times, one of the propellers or landing gear fell off. They're easy to snap back on, so the only issue is losing them. A spare pair does come with the plane. Btw, NOTHING else has broken on this plane in all of those crashes. The seller has been a star. When we lost the spare propeller, I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase another set of propellers. The seller was responsive, prompt, and very generous, and sent a full replacement at no charge! We appreciate the support, and the kids are loving it. They're already saving up for their next RC.Like I said, it's not the most sophisticated RC plane. But it is perfect for first time pilots. Easy to control, you're not worried about crashes, and it is easy to replace the few breakable parts. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to try RC planes inexpensively, especially if you have young kids.

Great For Calm Days Or V.E.R.Y. Light Breeze
I have worked in the aviation industry for more than 45 years so it was a natural that my grandson would love this RC Jet Plane. We reviewed the supplied instructions while we charged up the batteries. Once they were fully charged, he took to this plane like a fish takes to water. Our first venture with the RC Jet Plane was early morning, about 8am and the wind was calm. The advertisement states "20MPH", but the way the jet darted about it certainly looked much faster. We flew it in an area about 3 acres and did figure 8 flights to get accustomed to the controls. We exhausted all 3 batteries in about an hour and headed indoors to recharge them. When we returned later the winds had changed and they tossed the plane around, making it much harder to control. When we turned the airplane into the wind it would cause the nose to pitch up 'violently' and flip completely over. It was high enough to recover without crashing, but we couldn't ever get it to return to where it took off from. Flying with a cross wind it wouldn't fly a straight line and got blown off course easily. We flew it once more later that day, about an hour before dark when the wind had calmed down again and it flew beautifully and the LED lights in the wings really stood out. We didn't have a smooth place to try and land the plane so we just flew it along the edge of my pasture where the grass is about 3' tall and just stalled it out to a soft 'controlled crash' landing in the grass. We flew it over 100' altitude and about 100yds away and the controls operated as expected. It turns and banks like a real plane and really zips around through figure 8 circuits and around a big maple tree. Other than trying to fly during the windy portion of the day, flying this was a lot of fun.The RC Jet Plane is easy to assemble and easily withstood the treatment we gave it. It seems reasonably tough and rugged, but hard crashes or clipping a tree branch or hitting an immovable object is certainly going to do some damage. Having 3 batteries is a real plus since you can fly the plane for an extended period of time. You get an extra set of propellers, but you'll probably be wishing for more once those are eliminated. With no apparent place to get additional replacement propellers, the fun of the plane is going to be limited to preserving them. Once they are damaged and no longer useful, this toy will become a static display in my grandsons room. It would be nice if more propellers were included in the kit since they are the weak link in how long the plane will be a viable toy. It would also be useful if AKARGOL provided an option to get more propellers. Even checking the link to their store didn't reveal any options for more.On a calm day, this AKARGOL RC Jet Plane is a lot of fun. It flies in a pretty realistic fashion and really tears across the sky. The range is pretty good though we never tried to see how far that was, but over 100' high and 2-300 feet away and it always followed the control inputs. Flying at dusk was pretty cool with the LED lights letting you see all of the action. And it's fast. It really darts around.Other than the weak link of the propellers, this toy plane has a lot of potential. The asking price is right in line with similar drones and RC planes. My grandson and I had a blast flying this around, but as much fun as it was, busting a couple of propellors will make this a dust collector on a shelf with a cool story of how much fun it used to be.More propellors AKARGOL. We are going to need more propellors and considering how easily more of them could be added to the kit for just a few cents more, not including them seems like a bit of an oversight.
