Bullet. I don't remember being given any option, I just ordered and received bullet. Good pens by the way, but not very broad in any size. If you are looking for bullet - perhaps not these.

Are these good for writing on glass or plastic containers for freezer etc

Yeah. Will have trouble if the containers are wet however.
