This is representing the principle that the Wild Nutrition company stands by, all-natural and eco-friendly.This bottle will last for 30 days when taking 2 tablets a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. They are easy to swallow and do not have any unpleasant aftertaste.I really like the mixture of vitamins and minerals that these tablets provide, especially vitamins from the B group. However, if you need more magnesium in your diet, you will need to take an extra supplement, because this one is delivering only 21% NVR in two tablets. I have noticed this a lot with different supplements where the magnesium is in very small doses.A side note: keep the box, because the information about the ingredients of these tablets is on the box and not on the bottle.Overall, I am happy with the quality of this supplement. It is a brilliant product to start boosting your immune system.

The media could not be loaded. Sadly, the dose is so low even at 2 capsules. I cannot feel any kind of energy when taking it, this only helps energy support with other products, such as taking it with food to compliment the low dose of these capsules, or on an empty stomach during fasting but with water. The great thing about this product is the ingredients.I don't even think there is 1 synthetic ingredient in it. It looks all natural to me, that would explain the low dose, and the lack of scientific names. Vitamin C in here actually derived from citrus pulp, that's not ascorbic acid in the synthetic form, if it mentions pulp that's from fruit extract as its citrus. It also looks natural from the powder as well so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt. Contains no nasties needs to be 1 year supply though.I only lowered the stars a little because I believe the price is not right at 25 quid for such a low dose, and only 60 capsules 2 per day that is 1 month only. Comes in a glass bottle which helps against the use of plastics, and personally when I review something above 2 that is something i like as decent or great, just not a perfect 5 yet in my opinion.Good- Natural quality ingredients.Bad-Low dosed, (Needs more quantity for the price).

It definitely has an impact on my mood if I’m tired out.Rather than reaching for a coffee or a energy drink with caffeine in it, I’m relying on this more natural way towards generating a bit more va va voom !!Stacked with natural vitamins and minerals that are ethically sourced this also supports your immune system which in turn creates a healthy metabolism.I’m taking the recommended dose of two capsules a day which are easy to swallow, and keeping up with nutrition and trying to get enough sleep.So far I feel great.In my opinion this is good value for money and well made.It’s suitable for vegetarians.I hope my review is helpful.

I had heard a lot of good things about Wild Nutrition supplements so I was very interested to try these. What makes this energy supplement different to others I have tried, is that they contain Food-Grown® nutrients, which highlights the quality of their naturally-sourced ingredients. It’s also reassuring to know they provide better absorption and availability overall.After a few days of taking this supplement, I found that my energy levels felt much better. I also experienced less tiredness and felt more rejuvenated overall. It’s also great to know it provides antioxidant support, along with being good for the general immune system. For all of these reasons, I look forward to and will continue to take them daily.I love the bottle and the branding, it feels professional, high-quality, with a real focus on supporting women to improve their health and wellness.The only downside I found about this supplement is that the capsules are quite large to swallow. I need to take them with plenty of water for them to go down easily.
