The item is damaged and my son is very upset.
This item was bought for my son whose birthday is on boxing Day. It's a real shame as the product is really good quality and very realistic that's why my son was so disappointed when he put his hand in and it was broken. I can't help thinking it could have been the sharp packaging that has been rubbing on the gauntlet causing this to happen? Hopefully this can be resolved in some way as soon as possible?
