Is the sub svc or dvc?

This is a single 2ohm voice coil.

Can this be wired to run off of a 4 ohm amp?

It is the speaker (woofer) that determines the load put on the amp. This sub and enclosure is wired at 2 ohms. Any mono amp that I know of can run at 2 ohms or lower. Ideally you want that 1 channel amp to produce about 500 watts RMS.
