I'm a new mom and bought these while pregnant, hoping they would work but really had no idea. Well, turns out they are INCREDIBLE. We store all my extra milk directly into these jars in the freezer. Then when he needs a bottle, we let one of the jars defrost in the fridge, then put the plastic ring and nipple on it to turn it into a bottle. No pouring from a bag to a bottle. So incredibly easy, less toxic, less time and less mess. Just bought more jars so that we can do away with bags completely and just use these exclusively.UPDATE: I've now been using these for 3 months and still love them so much. Our baby prefers the Comotomo bottles so we typically transfer the milk from these jars to those bottles, but it's no big deal. You can fit the Comotomo nipples onto these jars which is awesome. I bought my label maker here from the Nimbot seller and it works perfectly. I now just make labels for the month instead of the exact date, so that I can reuse them as they tend to stay on even after going through the wash, but they are also super easy to remove and don't leave any residue.

These are great for milk storage! The lids are where my issue lies. There is a small insert inside & it can get moldy if you don’t take it out. Also, a couple of the lids have cracked & broken just from washing & using them multiple times.

This jar was never dropped after opening. I only noticed this cracking of glass when cI was literally pouring breast milk into it for storage. The only thing that occurred that could have contributed to this was when the jars were washed in a sink together and were bumping the way anything would. Therefore, there must have already been a crack or weak spot in the glass jar prior, which is really scary considering what these are marketed to be used for. If I hadn’t been paying attention and poured that breast milk in a bottle, there could potentially have been small shards of glass in it. That is scary. On another note, there are silicone inserts in the cheap feeling plastic lids that need to be removed, cleaned, and reinserted every time you’re washing these. For any parent, you can imagine how much fun that extra work is. My last woe is also quite frustrating. These little silicone discs inserts, I imagine are meant to act as a strong seal for the lid. Well, they certainly do! If you close the lid tightly (nothing out of the ordinary) have fun trying to ever open it again! Wow, all I wanted was to retrieve the breast milk I pump tirelessly for and literally almost gave myself a hernia trying to open the thing. I was a total sucker for marketing with this product. They’re just trying to make money off of garbage.

Great combination of sizes, and oz and ml markers are clearly marked in glass. The lids are plastic, so if you're trying to avoid plastic altogether you can use metal mason jar lids and rings instead. Mason Bottles also offer adapters for pumping directly into their jars, but we had mixed results. Love that these will continue to be useful long after we're done bottle-feeding!

Sizes are perfect to store Indian spices smaller ones for powdered spices and larger ones for whole spices . Since I have a no plastic policy these glass bottles are great

These jars are as described and work great for breast milk storage. However, I wish I noticed prior to opening them that the bottom had nasty, sticky brown stuff that did not come off in the dishwasher. Again, great product but don’t buy from Amazon.
