How do you wash these?

Wash in home washing machine on delicate settings for 6 or 8 mins cycle using Woolite Dark. Dry on ultralow heat setting. They're support durable & never, fade nor shrink. At least for me. Have most colors especially all the solid colors & many patterns they don't sell anymore.

Can i wear underwear with these?

I can’t understand why anyone would wear underwear underneath these? For me, these take the place of underwear while adding support, concealment, and holding everything in place. That’s when running, jumping, any sport or athletic activity. I just slip a pair of gym shorts over them and everything is good to go!

Can you wear them when it's very hot outside like 80-90 degrees

wear HeatGear when it's hot, ColdGear when it's cold, and AllSeasonGear between the extremes.
