Multiple benefits
Iodine is an important mineral needed for many functions in our bodies, but most of us don't get enough from diet alone. These are high strength, and a reasonable price. I also find that even by taking half, it helps me sleep better. They arrived promptly & well packaged.

Why half empty?
Really not sure if each bottle contains 180 pills as they are only half filled. At best it's a waste of packaging and transportation costs.Maybe unsurprisingly, they do smell and taste of seaweed!
